THE GREAT JUDICIAL-INC.BIZ CHATEAU HOAX

The chateau in the judicial-inc.biz file on Belgian child rapist and murdere Marc Dutroux is the Château d'Arenberg, Louvain (Kasteel van Arenberg, Leuven), part of the Catholic University of Louvain (Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Design of the University of Leuven); it is also the home of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering.
(The chateau and university are actually located in Heverlee, a suburb of Louvain).

Comparison pics:

Above: scene of Marc Dutroux "weekend sex orgies for politicians and police officials" (according to judicial-inc-biz, sixth image down).

Above: exactly the same pic, stolen from now defunct personal site of Chinese mathematics student
Xiobin Yang
(Skunkie has simply cropped it and "uglied up" the image using the "Sharpen Edges", "Sharpen More" and "Unsharp Mask" filters in Photoshop.)

Another pic of the Châteaux d'Arenberg, Louvain (Kasteel van Arenberg, Leuven)

Different angle shot of the Châteaux d'Arenberg, Louvain (Kasteel van Arenberg, Leuven)

Close-up shot. Note the curved hedge and ponds to the right of the main building.

Note: the very distinctive hedges cut in the shape of a rolling wave are further to the right of the main portico, and further away, than would appear to be the case in the first few photos shown above; they are not always apparent from the left-hand front corner of the park. Camera foreshortening and distortion of the apparent distances (and the height of the hedge) is another problem. For this reason, the hedges seem to disappear in some photos (above); but they are there, to the right. Their growth also varies with the season, reaching maximum height in summer. The above was probably taken in early or late winter.

The following is from

"The Arenberg Castle

Located within walking distance from the city walls, is the Arenberg Castle, built by the families De Croÿ and Arenberg. In the 16 th century it was the castle of Willem De Croÿ, who was the prime advisor (today we would call him the ‘chief-of-staff’) of Emperor Charles V, who ruled Europe and the Americas. It was donated to the university in 1918 [i.e., during or immediately after the First World War. There may be no connection, but the Dutch-language departments of the university were actually founded and created by the German occupation government during WWI. There were never any Dutch-language universities anywhere in Belgium until the German occupation of 1914-18. The Flemish were second-class citizens and Dutch was not considered a language. Only the Germans granted them linguistic equality. Partly for this reason, there is a great deal of pro-German sentiment in Flanders, even today. - C.P.] by the then Duke of Arenberg. Today it is home to the department of Architecture and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. The Sports Facilities of the University, the Departments of Agricutural and Bio-Engineering, Electrical, Civil, Chemical and Material Science Engineering are all located in the parc of the Castle. The Departments of Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry and Physics are located just outside the parc."

FINAL COMMENT: One would have thought that a private chateau would be a far more discreet venue for paedophile sex orgies involving top politicians, police officials, and kidnapped child prostitutes, but if you don't believe it, just call the Dean of Engineering and ask how he enjoyed his last orgy... the phone number is right there...
Tell 'em Skunkie sent ya...
