WHAT'S A NAZI?

by Eric Thomson

During the phony Cold War Era in the 1950s, I attended a matinee ata local movie theater in California. I was among the first toenter, so I chose a seat right in the center of the theater.Another kid came in and sat down a few seats away from me.Suddenly, he stood up and exclaimed: "Rats! Some Commie put bubble-gum on my seat!" Instantly, my mind's eye saw a smoke-filled roomfull of bearded, sinister-looking foreigners wearing trench-coatswith the collars turned up and fedoras with brims turned down. Theylisten with evil smiles on their faces as their leader holds up apiece of bubble-gum, "Comrades, tonight we demoralize capitalistswine. After chewing ziss, poot in strategic places, and zen...Hee, hee! Comes zee revolution!"

In the 1950s, anything people did not understand, or did not like, was apt to be called "Commie". Nowadays, they'd accuse the Nazis ofputting bubble-gum on their seats. Watch for it at your localcinema! People had very little knowledge of Communist doctrines, nor did most have any inkling of Communist realities, especiallythose people who were promoting and supporting it in North Americaand Western Europe. There was a Communist Party, but, in theU.S.A., most of its members were F.B.I. informants or usefulidiots. The word, "Commie", short for Communist, is no longerfashionable.

The current pejorative word is "Nazi", short for NationalSocialist, the short term for National Socialist German Workers'Party. "Nazi" is a German abbreviation for Nationalist and "Sozi"is the German abbreviation for Socialist. The Sozis are a legalpolitical party in Germany, but the National Socialists are banned, since Germany's defeat in 1945. There was a German NationalistParty before World War II, as well as a German Socialist Party anda German National Socialist Party, so the correct term would be"Nazi-Sozi", but that is too complicated for the masses of asses,so we are stuck with the term, Nazi.

The original, and some would say, the only proper definition of aNazi would be any person who was a member of the National SocialistGerman Workers' Party. As a member, he or she would support theParty's 25-Point program and would support the Party's leaders andpolicies toward the implementation of the 25 Points, some of whichinvolved the repudiation of the Versailles Treaty, in regard toGermany. The original Nazi Party was dissolved in 1945, just as theKaiser's government was dissolved in 1918. Thus, the governments ofthe Kaisers and the Nazis are as much a part of history as TheConfederate States of America. But still we hear, more than eversince 1945, the word "Nazi" applied to all sorts of people andideas. It's as if the Kaiser had returned and the Confederacy hadrisen from the ashes of defeat! But how could this be? We are toldthat there are "Nazis" in North America. Why would U.S. andCanadian' citizens wish to repudiate the Versailles Treaty' whichhas long been nullified?

Clearly, the term, "Nazi", has taken on a new meaning. Zionistwriter, George Will, indicated that the term was changing, evenduring Adolf Hitler's leadership of the "Nazi" Party. More on thischange later.

A major amount of confusion on the definition of National Socialistoriginates from Communist propagandists who refused to distinguishbetween National Socialism and Fascism, for the Communists styledthemselves as being the only 'true' socialists. They even dubbedtheir Socialist opponents "Social Fascists." George Orwell warnedthat tyranny begins with the abuse of language.

Fascism, based on the Roman fasces, a bundle of rods around an axe, symbolizing Roman authority, was quite different in theory and inpractice from National Socialism. Fascism put the well-being of theState first and foremost, while National Socialism put thewell-being of the German People first and foremost. As Leader ofthe Fascist Party and Italian Prime Minister, Mussolini had risenon a balance of power and vested interest groups such as themilitary, the Roman Catholic Church, the monarchists, thelandowners, the peasants, the industrialists and the workers, butnot the Mafia! To get Italy working again, after years ofparliamentary gridlock and strikes, Mussolini formed a governmentby consensus of these interests and power blocs. Fascism was nevertotalitarian. It was a tyranny of consensus amongst the mostpowerful groups in Italian society.

National Socialism evolved into a single constituency: the GermanPeople. It was, in theory and in practice, a unique form ofparticipatory, totalitarian populism. According to George Will,Hitler was not a German Nationalist, but a pan-Aryan racist. Thismeans that Hitler put the promotion and protection of the WhiteRace first and foremost. This accounts for the otherwiseinexplicable fact that thousands of young men from every country ofEurope volunteered to fight in the Waffen SS, and they volunteeredwhen Germany was losing the war! One writer stated that more Frenchmen served in the Waffen SS than in the Maquis, a largely kosherresistance group.

Now we know the true definition of the word "Nazi": Anyone who putsthe promotion and protection of the White Race first and foremost. This makes me proud to be a Nazi.

OUR RACE IS OUR NATION
