So instead of sewing a patch onto the uniform, the clever Germans tattoo the most inaccessible part of the body, where it would never be exposed to the air and would inevitably get infected, aggravated by poor hygienic conditions; then, to catch a runaway, they've got to get everybody for miles around to pull their pants down!

And all this when they admit that they don't know even how durable the "mark" is, and that it might have to be done over!

There is something very Russian -- very Jewish -- about all of these endless convolutions and useless complications.

The more you read these things, the more ridiculous they get.

According to this document, the marks are to be applied by people with no training, either in medicine or tattooing, without tattooing equipment, and the mark -- identical for everyone -- is to be recorded in the prisoner's personal file!

Where are all the personnel cards (7) with the notation of the completed ass-tattoo? There ought to be millions of them --or something similar.

This is the ONLY "tattooing document" ever inroduced into evidence at any Nuremberg trial... with, as usual, no letterhead, no signatures, no handwrtten markings, and no stamp.
