Here we see Arnie pointing to the place where a welfare recipient stole a complete section of his brick driveway. The bricks, borrowed from chimney #6 at Dachau, were smuggled into North America by Sarah Rothbaum, who was interested in grabbing up some of the plentiful loose New World cash. The disgruntled Sarah, after discovering that her plan was going nowhere, swore that she'd hold Ernie personally responsible for returning all 6,000,000 bricks  to Holocaust Museum #69, if she wasn't handed some money before 2000 A.D. After that, she'd brand him as a 'war criminal' and have him hounded mercilessly until the cows come home, the wells run dry and the Y2K bug mates with a dung beetle.
